Hi, I’m Ember
A compassionate therapist supporting women through anxiety, overwhelm, and emotional burnout.
Like many women in their 30s, I’ve felt the weight of anxiety and emotional pressure trying to keep it all together while feeling like something wasn’t quite right underneath. It was through my own therapy journey that I discovered how transformative it can be to have a safe space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect.
That experience led me here. At Ember Therapy, I’ve created a warm, non-judgmental environment where you can feel seen, heard, and supported as you begin to move forward in your own way, and at your own pace.

I believe that therapy works best when it feels like a collaboration. You know yourself best even if it doesn’t always feel that way. Our sessions will blend your own insight with evidence-based support to help you find clarity and regain emotional balance.
I work integratively, drawing from:
